about
The Urban Hope Leadership Initiative was born from Pastor Alton Hardy’s vision to see a new generation of Christian leaders raised up for the renewal of Fairfield and beyond. Inspired by 1 Samuel 22, where God gathered and strengthened 400 men under David’s leadership, UHLI carries the same expectation that God is still forming courageous, faithful leaders today. As a nine‑month Christian leadership formation program for recent college graduates, UHLI equips Fellows to grow spiritually, clarify their calling, live in intentional community, and serve with purpose
